Around 9:10 a.m. ET, Google Ads advertisers encountered a 500 server error yesterday, but the service was restored shortly before 11 a.m. ET.

Twitter users complained about a 500 server error when accessing their account management.

Google Ads’ status dashboard didn’t indicate any problems during the outage, so advertisers do not know when it’ll be fixed. Advertisers worried about the situation can get frustrated by this lack of info.

At 12:20 p.m. ET, The following was posted on the Google Ads Status Dashboard:

“This issue has now been fully mitigated as of 8AM PST June 6th, 2023. At this time, we do not have additional details to provide, but our teams are working to identify impact with high priority and will provide more details when available.”
