Terms of use

This Terms of Use is a legally binding Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“user”, “you” or “your”) and BloggerOutreach.io (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and assigns) (“BloggerOutreach.io”, “we”, “us”, “our”), regarding your use of the BloggerOutreach.io services and they shall apply to all users of the BloggerOutreach.io website. Please read the Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should leave BloggerOutreach.io website and discontinue use of the BloggerOutreach.io services immediately.

General

Responsibility

You accept sole responsibility for all of your activities using the website. The quality of BloggerOutreach.io services must comply with the requirements and other standards applicable to such type of services under general market conditions. BloggerOutreach.io team does not welcome any attempts of using our platform for buying/selling links. BloggerOutreach.io recommends its users to stick to Google guidelines and avoid participating in link manipulation schemes.

Registration Formalities

Using the BloggerOutreach.io service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the BloggerOutreach.io registration form and maintain and update the registration details to keep them true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete BloggerOutreach.io has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the BloggerOutreach.io service.

Account Access

Only you and your authorised representatives may use the account created at BloggerOutreach.io service. You shall keep your passwords confidential so that no one else gains access to your online account with BloggerOutreach.io. You shall promptly notify BloggerOutreach.io if you suspect that any unauthorized person has access to your passwords or your account.

Ownership of Content

BloggerOutreach.io does not claim ownership of content you may post or publish. However, you grant BloggerOutreach.io non-exclusive, non-transferable, sub-licensable, royalty free, global and otherwise unlimited license to copy, modify, adapt, transmit, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works from and otherwise use such content, in whole or in part. These rights terminate when you delete your content.

Contract of Indemnification

You shall indemnify BloggerOutreach.io against all liability, claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that BloggerOutreach.io incurs or suffers because of any breach by you of these Terms or any third party claim arising because of any content.

How to Resolve Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and us, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you first to contact us at [email protected] to try resolving your problem directly with us.

Termination of Contract

You agree that BloggerOutreach.io may terminate your access to the BloggerOutreach.io services for violations or suspect of violations of the Terms of Use and/or requests by authorized law enforcement or other government agencies.
