Compliance with Anti-Spam Laws: All marketing communications comply with applicable anti-spam legislation including UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority guidelines, CAN-SPAM Act, and other relevant jurisdictional requirements.
bloggeroutreach.io shall notify the UAE Data Office of any Personal Data breach without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than seventy-two (72) hours after having become aware of the breach, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects.
Where the notification to the UAE Data Office is not made within seventy-two (72) hours, bloggeroutreach.io shall provide reasons for the delay alongside the notification.
The notification to supervisory authorities shall contain, at minimum, the following information:
A description of the nature of the Personal Data breach including, where possible, the categories and approximate number of Data Subjects concerned and the categories and approximate number of Personal Data records concerned.
The name and contact details of the data protection officer or other contact point where more information can be obtained.
A description of the likely consequences of the Personal Data breach.
A description of the measures taken or proposed to be taken to address the Personal Data breach, including measures to mitigate its possible adverse effects.
bloggeroutreach.io shall communicate Personal Data breaches to affected Data Subjects without undue delay when the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
The communication to Data Subjects shall describe in clear and plain language the nature of the Personal Data breach and contain, at minimum, the relevant information and measures referred to in this policy.
Communication to Data Subjects shall not be required if any of the following conditions are met:

For Users located in jurisdictions other than the UAE, bloggeroutreach.io shall comply with additional notification requirements under applicable local data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA requirements.
bloggeroutreach.io reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory developments.
Material Changes shall include modifications that significantly affect Users’ rights, the purposes for which Personal Data is processed, the categories of data collected, data retention periods, or international transfer arrangements.
For Material Changes, bloggeroutreach.io shall provide notice through the following methods:
Prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum period of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of changes.
Email notification to registered Users at their registered email addresses at least thirty (30) days before implementation.
In-dashboard notifications displayed prominently when Users access their accounts.
For non-material changes, including administrative updates, clarifications, or formatting modifications, bloggeroutreach.io may implement changes immediately by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Platform.
All Privacy Policy updates shall include a “Last Updated” date at the end of the document.
Users’ continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any Privacy Policy changes shall constitute acceptance and agreement to be bound by the modified terms.
Users who do not agree to Privacy Policy modifications may discontinue use of the Platform and request account deletion in accordance with the procedures outlined in this policy.

The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or other force majeure events, and makes no guarantees regarding continuous platform availability or uninterrupted service delivery.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to ensure continued compliance with changes in UAE data protection laws and regulations, with appropriate notice provided to Data Subjects as required by law. By registering for an account, accessing, or using the https://bloggeroutreach.io platform, Data Subjects acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
