All Publisher relationships are maintained and managed internally by the Company, ensuring direct oversight of content quality and placement standards.

All communication regarding service delivery occurs through official Platform channels unless alternative arrangements are specifically authorized.

The Company monitors all active campaigns and service delivery through internal quality assurance processes.

Changes to active service orders require mutual agreement and may affect delivery timelines and pricing.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance
All Content must comply with UAE federal laws, including but not limited to the UAE Cyber Crimes Law, Consumer Protection Law, and applicable advertising regulations.

Users must ensure Content complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA where relevant.

Users must not request or utilize Services for any unlawful purposes or activities prohibited under UAE law.

Scheduled maintenance activities are performed during designated maintenance windows occurring between 02:00 and 06:00 UAE Standard Time on weekends, with advance notice provided to Users through the Platform or email communication.
Users receive minimum seventy-two (72) hours advance notice of scheduled maintenance that may impact Platform functionality or service delivery.
Scheduled maintenance windows do not exceed four (4) hours duration unless exceptional circumstances require extended maintenance periods.
Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary to address critical security vulnerabilities, prevent data loss, or restore Platform functionality following unexpected service disruptions.
Users are notified of emergency maintenance through available communication channels as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Company’s total liability arising from or related to the Services, Platform, or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event causing the liability.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or reputation, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company disclaims all liability for the actions, content, or performance of Publishers, third-party websites, or external platforms used in the delivery of Services.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in Service delivery caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including Publisher availability, website technical issues, or third-party platform changes.
Users acknowledge that digital marketing results, including search engine rankings, traffic increases, or conversion improvements, cannot be guaranteed, and the Company disclaims liability for specific performance outcomes.
The Company’s liability for any breach of Service delivery standards is limited to re-performance of the deficient Services or, at the Company’s discretion, refund of fees paid for such Services.
All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Users must notify the Company of any claim within ninety (90) days of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim, failing which such claim shall be deemed waived.

Informal Resolution: Users must first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Services through direct negotiation with the Company by contacting customer support within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising.
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or another mutually agreed mediation service provider in the United Arab Emirates.
Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through mediation shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by DIAC under its applicable arbitration rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator unless the disputed amount exceeds AED 500,000, in which case three arbitrators shall be appointed.

Users may terminate their Account at any time by providing written notice to the Company, subject to completion of ongoing Services and payment of outstanding fees.
Upon suspension, the User’s access to the Platform is immediately restricted, and no new Services will be initiated until the suspension is lifted or the Account is terminated.
Termination results in immediate cessation of all Services, closure of the Account, and removal of access to the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for Users who violate applicable laws or engage in activities that may expose the Company to regulatory penalties.
Users must cooperate with any regulatory investigations or compliance audits affecting the Platform or Services, including providing necessary documentation and information.
The Company will update compliance procedures as required by changes in applicable laws and regulations, with Users responsible for maintaining ongoing compliance with their legal obligations.
Users acknowledge that compliance with local laws in target markets for guest posting and content publication remains their responsibility.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion to reflect changes in applicable law, business practices, or operational requirements.
Material Changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users through one or more of the following methods:
Non-material Changes including typographical corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates may be implemented without advance notice to Users.
Modified Terms become effective thirty (30) days after notification for material changes, or immediately upon posting for non-material changes, unless a longer notice period is required under UAE law.
Users who disagree with modified Terms may terminate their Account within the notice period without penalty, provided all outstanding obligations are fulfilled.
Continued use of the Platform or Services after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Users remain bound by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of service delivery, regardless of subsequent modifications.
The Company will maintain an archive of previous Terms versions accessible through the Platform for a minimum period of two (2) years.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.
Any invalid provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and Users regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, and warranties.
These Terms supersede any conflicting terms in purchase orders, acknowledgments, or other communications between the parties.
No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
No waiver by the Company of any breach or default shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
Any waiver must be express and in writing to be effective under UAE law.
