Here's the breakdown on Notes: If you opt-in through Google’s Search Labs, a shiny "Notes" button will pop up under specific search results and Discover articles in the Google app. Give it a tap, and voila! You can see notes left by others about that page, or you can be the maestro of information by creating your own notes.

When you tap the button, you'll see other people's notes.

Brad Kellett, Senior Director of Engineering for Google Search, highlighted that Notes will be a treasure trove of insights. Whether you're hunting for local tips in a new city or tweaking spice levels in a recipe, Notes aims to provide a human touch to your search results.

But What About Safety?   

Google’s got you covered. They prioritize content safety and quality, implementing protections and human content moderation similar to standard Search results. The feature is currently in experimental beta testing, ensuring it's a helpful tool without compromising on safety.
